Staff employed require the following criteria:
- We do a criminal, reference
and full credit check on all staff employed in the
company.
- New entrants will have to have
completed the basic introduction and orientation courses
in gardening.
- Will also require 2/3 years
garden experience
- We provide in-house training.
- All staff is sent on training
to maintain service levels and correct skills.

Chris Lela -
Manager (partner)
Chris Lela Born in 1964 Zimbabwe.
Chris at the age of 12 was assisting his father on
the farm where he was employed. He completed his
education which included agriculture, thereafter
extending his knowledge into farming.
Chris relocated to South Africa and has been
employed in landscaping and gardening for 26 years. |
